Hoosic Footpath Trail Clearing Volunteer Opportunity

The Hoosic River Watershed Association need volunteers for a workday on October 21 to clear the trails along the Hoosic Footpath. This is the trail that parallels the new bike path just north of Cole Field, in Williamstown. We will meet at 10:00am at the Williams softball field.

Any of these tools will be useful: swing sticks, clippers, and bow saws. Heavy duty weedwhackers, especially those with blades, will be especially welcomed.

Please wear gloves and remember that ticks will still be active even in October.
