Linear Link Trail Volunteer Workday

On October 19, from 10am-12noon, volunteers are invited to help HooRWA work on clearing the Linear Link Trail, which was badly damaged in the July microburst. The town DPW has cut out the large trees and branches, but there is still work to be done. Williams College students will also help on that day. We will meet at the Mt. Pleasant Park at 10:00am.
To reach the park heading south, take the first left after the firehouse on Water Street. You will cross a bridge over the Green River, and parking will be on your immediate left. We would welcome swing sticks, loppers, pruning sheers, rakes. Please wear gloves and be wary of ticks. Bring your water bottle.
